Responsibilities
Provide early and professional customer aid through chat
Solve the problems of product or service by clarifying the customer's complaint
Assist with tracking order, return, refund and product information
Keep a positive and sympathetic attitude towards customers at all times
Following document interactions and communication processes accurately
Complete the display and productivity standards set by the team
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong written communication skills in English
Ability to type at least 35 words per minute with accuracy
Reliable internet connection and a cool workspace
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Ability to work as part of a virtual team
Availability for evening, weekend, and holidays as required
