The position further requires the candidate to opt into a commensurate clearance for each government agency for which they perform AWS work.10012Key job responsibilities- Build, deploy and monitor AWS Non-Relational and Emerging Database Services (such as DynamoDB, ElastiCache, and Neptune) within Amazon Dedicate Cloud (ADC) regions.- Design, deploy, monitor and automate infrastructure, tools and systems to provide a highly-available and resilient platform for our customers' and our team's workloads.- This position involves on-call responsibilities, typically about 10 days a quarter supporting AWS services in our portfolio.- Act as a technical lead and mentor for your teamA day in the lifeOn a "typical" day, our engineers may dive deep to find the root cause of a customer issue, investigate why a metric is trending in the wrong direction, launch a new service or feature, or discuss radical new approaches to automate operational processes. The base pay for this position ranges from $139,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $226,800/year in our highest geographic market.
