Job DetailsJoin our team in Boise! We're hiring Direct Marketers at all experience levels who will canvass local neighborhoods to talk with current and potential customers about the Andersen product and Renewal by Andersen's services. We're looking for individuals that have experience in canvassing, sales, or face-to-face marketing. Due to the self-sufficient nature of this role, we are requiring experience in one of these fields, or a transferrable field for our Direct Marketing Specialist role at a higher pay rate, but we are accepting applicants with no experience in these fields for the Direct Marketer role. This role will require individuals to canvass neighborhoods throughout the greater Treasure Valley area. You will use your personal vehicle to canvass local residential neighborhoods.Schedule, Pay and Benefits:Full-timeMonday - Friday$20 hourly plus bonus and commission for entry-level Direct Marketers - potential to make a range of $20-$35 hourly with our uncapped bonus and commission plans$25 hourly plus bonus and commission for experienced Direct Marketing Specialists - potential to make a range of $33-$57 hourly with our uncapped bonus and commission plansMedical/Dental/Vision plus supplementary benefits availablePTO accrual of 14 days annually8 paid holidays with an additional holiday off of your choice401k with 4% employer matchWe provide on the job training to get you started in the field through our Renewal by Andersen methods, and offer a supportive atmosphere to propel your growth within the company.
