Position Title: Association director of Influencer Marketing

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Head of Influencer Marketing to lead and manage our influencer marketing team. This individual will be responsible for developing comprehensive influencer marketing strategies, enhancing brand building efforts, and ensuring effective communication with clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team management, influencer marketing, and strategic brand development, with proficient English communication skills.
 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Lead and manage the influencer marketing team, ensuring cohesive collaboration and goal alignment.
  • Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers and key opinion leaders (KOLs) across various platforms.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on brand messaging and marketing goals.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Represent the company in English-speaking environments, effectively communicating with global partners and stakeholders.
 
Qualifications: 
  • 7-10 years of experience in influencer marketing or related fields, with a focus on brand building and strategy development.
  • Proven team management experience, demonstrating leadership and the ability to foster a collaborative team culture.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
