Senior Director, Experiential

This role leads the strategy, planning, and execution of memorable and impactful events, activations, and other experiential marketing initiatives, while ensuring alignment with overall business goals and brand messaging.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of high-end client events, activations, and other large volume experiential marketing programs. 
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for established experiential programs, as well as strategize and support new opportunities. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external resources to ensure seamless execution of large scale events. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, including their agency, marketing, and executive leadership. 
  • Analyze data to track the performance of existing experiential programs and identify areas for improvement and efficiencies. 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of proven experience in experiential marketing, event management, or a related field.  Experience within the automotive experiential industry is highly encouraged.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement long-term strategic plans. 
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and resources simultaneously. 
  • Budgeting & Financial Management: Experience in managing budgets and financial resources. 
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the experiential industry and process flows required to successfully manage an event.
