Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
The Senior Manager, Brand Production oversees video and film production operations, ensuring the successful execution of branded content capture and priorities. This senior role is significant in terms of the size and scale of budgets, projects, and team members. You will lead a high-performing team of some who are continually in-the-field and others who work within office and editing suites. You will coordinate across creative leadership, optimizing resources, budgets, schedules, and workflows. This position requires a strong understanding of all aspects of the work while actively managing people, challenges, and communications throughout work cycles.
The upstream demands, includes participation in GTM strategies, financial planning, weather-related adjustments, and a forward-looking budget advisory role, necessitates senior-level oversight to manage these complexities. You will be a key player in setting long-term strategies, proactively identifying and addressing challenges, and ensuring seamless execution of large-scale projects.
This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to a hybrid work schedule.
Please note that this is a temporary role ending in April 2026.
Meet Your Future Team:
The Brand Operations team includes producers, design managers, and project managers who define and refine processes, managing the end-to-end production of e-commerce content, brand, and product campaigns. You will collaborate closely with our Brand Creative teams to create best-in-class photo and video content for our global channels. You are a key stakeholder in marketing calendar planning, adjustments and responsible budgeting practices
