Job Title: PlannerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Planner to assist in maintaining data accuracy and ensuring all tools and processes function as expected. This role involves both computer-based tasks and physical responsibilities within a warehouse environment. The Planner will be instrumental in level loading work orders, analyzing inventory positions, and executing various purchase order and vendor-related tasks. This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and involves standing, bending, stooping, and twisting throughout the shift.Responsibilities• Assist in data accuracy to ensure all tools and processes function as expected.• Level load work orders to maintain productivity and meet demand.• Analyze inventory positions and SKU performance to determine inventory needs.• Execute a variety of purchase order, in-stock, and vendor-related systems and reports.• Deliver completed kits to production spaces to ensure seamless execution.• Research and manage shortages, mitigate shortages, help with transfers, and coordinate with the floor.• Coordinate with warehouse teams directly, assisting with Kanban processes and taking items to the floor.• Utilize Jira system to pre-emptively backfill kits and ensure a continuous pipeline of materials.• Inspect full kits of products for specific work orders and quickly identify assemblies based on labels.Essential Skills• Minimum of 3+ years of experience with inventory management systems, particularly SAP or similar systems.• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, index matching, and vlookups.• Strong data analysis skills to review data, ensure stock levels, and determine order needs.Additional Skills & Qualifications• Ability to work in an ambiguous environment with frequent changes.• Relevant experience or education preferred.• Adaptability to change and flexibility in processes.Work EnvironmentThis is a 100% onsite role with shifts from 4 pm - 2:30 am. The role involves both computer-based tasks and physical responsibilities in a warehouse setting. The work schedule for Kirkland is Sunday to Wednesday, and the other location offers shifts either from Wednesday to Saturday or Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
