Product Marketing Lead

Description

  • Product Messaging & Positioning – Build product positioning, messaging and marketing strategies. Develop value propositions and key messaging to be used across every customer touchpoint from the top of the funnel through to Sales, RMs and Business Consulting.

  • GTM Strategy & Launch – Launch new features and capabilities in a growing portfolio with a cross-functional team of product, sales and stakeholders. Provide an agency approach of innovation and ideation to support stakeholders and the success of marketing activities.

  • Persona and Buyer Journeys - Develop a deep understanding of prospective and existing Advisors by employing traditional and innovative customer research methods. Segmentation is critical to the success of our marketing programs and initiatives.

  • Stakeholder Enablement and Support – Work directly with Ensemble Teams, and Business Consulting to provide the right materials and messaging, including fact sheets, customer content, presentations, and product portfolio materials. A holistic approach to content that spans from emails, and social media to website, eWM, events, and other advisor touchpoints.

  • Voice-of-the-Customer – Build a deep understanding of our Advisor and the value proposition to the market and users; build scalable feedback loops for your marketing activities and synthesize insights and data across feedback channels to understand effectiveness of marketing materials and to pivot when needed.

  • Planning & Execution – Drive quarterly planning and expected business impact with your product marketing activities and campaigns; Owning the end to end (from concept through to sunset) lifecycle. Own the budget and also be responsible for vendor management including budgets, deliverables, and contract management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3-10+ years of experience leading and developing strategic marketing initiatives across the product lifecycle, including campaigns, launches, messaging, and collateral.
  • Must have financial services experience- SME in some area of FA product marketing(Asset Management, understands market swell, clients products)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
