Team Leadership: Support and mentor a team of talent acquisition coordinators, providing guidance, setting performance goals, and fostering professional development.
Data-Driven Insights: Develop and maintain TA metrics, dashboards, and reports to track performance, identify trends, and guide strategic decisions. Present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
Systems & Process Ownership: Own the implementation and adoption of new talent acquisition technologies and processes, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to best practices.Â
Process Adherence: Track organizational adherence to our processes & own recruitment specific projects. Create and maintain clear and concise documentation for talent acquisition processes and systems, ensuring transparency and knowledge sharing.
Early Career Talent: Develop and implement strategies to attract and engage top talent from universities and colleges, building a robust pipeline of entry-level talent.
Project Management: Lead various talent acquisition projects from conception to execution, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and other stakeholders to understand needs, gather feedback, and build solutions.
Stay Informed: Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, proposing and implementing innovative solutions.
What makes us a great match? đ
Demonstrated expertise in operations or program management, preferably with experience in high-transaction processes. A Master's Degree in Operations Management or Project Management is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and track progress. Experience with any Project Management Tools and Excel is needed. PMP Certification is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Data-driven approach to decision-making.Â
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
