File Clerk

O’Hagan Meyer LLC, a Chicago Loop Law Firm is seeking a full-time File Clerk in Chicago. Candidates must have a minimum 1 year of office experience in the legal field.

 

Duties include but are not limited to:

·       Maintaining the physical and electronic case files for the firm.

·       Copying, scanning, and saving documents to file.

·       Various administrative projects, such as legal research and writing, mail services, messenger services, court runs.

Ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:

·       Previous office experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Professional.

·       Previous experience and knowledge of iManage.

·       Excellent oral and written communication skills.

·       Ability to work independently as well as with the team.

·       Exceptional organizational skills.

·       Ability to satisfactorily perform multiple assignments in a timely fashion, in a high-pressure environment.

·       Punctual and regular attendance is required.

Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, with the possibility of some overtime. Salary based on experience and includes exceptional benefits package.
