Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Phoenix (BCBA) (Hybrid & Remote)

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at BehaviorCare, your primary responsibilities include developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans, providing supervision to ABA therapists, and ensuring quality care for clients. You will analyze ABA data to implement changes, design behavior intervention plans, and communicate regularly with parents. Mentoring and training therapists while coordinating with the Program Manager are also integral parts of this role, ensuring every case meets our high standards.

To qualify for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position at BehaviorCare, you must hold a BCBA certification from the BACB and possess an Arizona State License. Additionally, relevant experience working with children with autism is required.
