Summer Internship Program

We are seeking highly motivated, self-driven interns for Summer 2025, who are interested in working in the construction industry after graduation. You will participate in a fun and rewarding 10 to 12 week summer internship, providing exposure to impactful projects in various departments that will influence the business. In doing so, you develop business skills, interpersonal skills and career development. There are many facets of business in construction, you will get the opportunity to work with managers in either our Strategy department, Marketing department, Management in Training department, or Human Resources department. This role is fulltime onsite in Indianapolis for 10-12 weeks for students who are eligible to work in the US without restrictions. #LI-Onsite


Qualifications:
  • Education – Pursuing an Associate's, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree
  • Coursework related to Construction Management is highly preferred. Any other coursework in Business Administration, Analytics, Marketing, Human Resources would be advantageous.
  • Professional Experience – While no prior professional experience is required, any exposure to the construction industry or relevant internships would be a plus. 
  • Valid driver's license
  • Pass a background check
  • Able to submit academic transcripts
  • Military service a plus
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Ability to climb ladders to access attics and rooftops under the guidance of a supervisor for shadowing and ride along opportunities.


Compensation and Benefits:
  • Compensation: $15/hour during the duration of 10-12 weeks
  • Working at the Bone Dry Headquarters in Indianapolis with free onsite gym and showers available
  • Mentorship from leaders in the construction industry
