Gutter Installation Technician***

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Gutter Installation Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Gutter Installation Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of gutters for residential and commercial properties. Your expertise in gutter installation, attention to detail, and leadership abilities will ensure the successful completion of projects and customer satisfaction.


At Bone Dry, you will be amazed at our atmosphere of comradery. As a member of our team, you will not be "thrown to the wolves" as we take great pride in setting up our technicians for success.


Duties and Responsibilities
  • Complete repairs and installs for gutters.
  • Pick up needed material from suppliers. 
  • Manage inventory of stocked material.
  • Run and operate company-provided gutter truck and machine for installs and replacements.
  • Work with Department Manager and communicate with customers.
  • Collect payment from the customer, once work is completed.
  • Opportunity to suggest and upsell other necessary repairs, i.e., gutters, etc.
  • Follow all safety procedures.
  • This position is required to work a minimum of two Saturdays per month as needed, March through November.


Qualifications
  • Ability to climb a ladder to access the customers gutters
  • Valid driver's license
  • Pass a background check
  • 1-2 Years Gutter Installation Experience preferred

  • $18- $30 hourly range commensurate with experience and commission options available
