Job Description

In this dynamic team, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping the future of our company, working closely with our board of management and executive teams across the entire Bosch group to craft strategies that make a real impact.   • As part of the "Corporate Strategy Development" department, you will lead large and innovative strategy projects to shape the future of the Bosch Group.
  • Your focus will be on the development of strategies & business models for existing and new business fields and growth opportunities.
  • Furthermore, you will drive and own strategy development and strategic projects on corporate- and cross-divisional level, as well as Bosch-wide strategic portfolio management.
  • In addition, you will work with and support selected divisions as a strategic advisor, serving as a business partner for sparring on strategic questions and the strategic toolset.
  • Last but not least, you will work on cross-divisional, corporate and international tasks assigned by the board of management and gain unique insights into the Bosch Group by leading strategic projects.  

Qualifications

  • Education: completed university studies in economics, technology or computer sciences or a comparable subject
  • Experience and Knowledge: long-term professional experience in strategy development, including several years in strategy consulting and many years of leadership experience; deep knowledge of minimum one of Bosch’s fields of business; proven expertise in functional methods and project management required for corporate and business strategy as well as corporate strategic portfolio management and M&A; proficient MS Office skills
  • Personality and Working Practice: you are a results-oriented, highly motivated team player with a strong sense of reliability and entrepreneurial thinking with a talent for business development; you excel at identifying opportunities and driving initiatives, even in complex and volatile environments; Confident in decision-making and comfortable with uncertainty, you effectively engage with top management through clear and persuasive communication; your working style combines autonomy, agility, and a structured, analytical approach
  • Languages: very good communication skills in written and spoken English and German
