Job Description

  • Drive and manage proactively the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and supporting the decision making process within our countrywide People Acquisition Campus
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract top talent for given target fields
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, key competences and best suited candidate profiles
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Utilize various AI tools and recruitment channels, including job boards and social media
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates by providing a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Qualifications

Professional Background:

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, Psychology, Social Sciences or comparable fields
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in multinational or agency setting
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS, and sourcing techniques
  • Willingness and travel flexibility within Hungary

Personality:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Hungarian
