- Accountable for team’s effectiveness through agile practice.
- Leading, training and coaching the organization in Agile philosophy.
- Planning and advising agile method implementations within the organization.
- Helping associates and stakeholders understand and enact empirical approaches for complex work.
- Removing barriers between stakeholders and Agile Teams.
- Supporting team through coordination and moderation of strategic workshops and ceremonies.
- Supporting the implementation of a digital culture environment that leads us to business
excellence.
- Fostering the entrepreneurial spirit in daily activities and in interpersonal relationships.
Qualificações
- Graduated in Engineering, Business Administration, Economic Science, Marketing, Accounting Science or related fields
- Experience in the application of Agile methods such as SCRUM and KANBAN for the implementation of
IT tools and software development.
- Agile and project management knowledge, experience & certifications are differentiations.
- Highlighted soft skills: result oriented, teamwork, team spirit, communication, relationship
builder, organization, proactive, flexible, curious and maker spirit.
- Familiar with innovation philosophies, tools and methods such as design thinking, UX, customer
development, lean startup, VPC/BMC, etc.
- Generalist knowledge in software engineering / development, edge & cloud computing, automation
and/or AIoT is a differentiation.
- Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and MS Teams.
- MS Azure DevOps is a differentiation.
- Languages: fluent in English and Portuguese. German is a differentiation.
