As a Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth for the Brevo partner programs. Focusing on Enterprise opportunities, your goal will be identifying, recruiting, and nurturing high-value partnerships. You’ll be responsible for proactive outreach and partner enablement, ensuring our partners have the tools, support, and strategic guidance they need to succeed and grow with us. This is a unique opportunity to significantly impact a strategic, high-growth area of our business.


Thus, you will :
  • Develop and Execute Outreach Strategies: Identify and pursue high-potential industry partners, developing customized outreach plans to onboard them to the programs.
  • Partner Enablement: Create and manage enablement programs that provide partners with the training, tools, and resources they need to succeed with Brevo.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations, fostering trust and alignment with our partner program goals.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to create mutually beneficial revenue-driving opportunities with our partners.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Use data and insights to measure partner performance, optimize enablement strategies, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure that partner needs and opportunities are aligned with the ENT line’s goals and program roadmaps.


What will contribute to your success!
  • Experience: 2-3+ years in partnerships, business development, or a related field, ideally with a focus on SaaS and/or agency environments.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in French (FR), German (DE), or Spanish (ES) is a strong advantage!
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with data-driven decision-making and performance tracking; experience with CRM and analytics tools is preferred.
  • Problem-Solving: Resourceful, strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate partner needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Team-Oriented: Collaborative with a strong commitment to helping team members and partners succeed.
  • Drive: Self-starter with a proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
