Who you are
Our Talent team is committed to ensuring brightwheel has the team in place to enable a high-quality early education for every child. We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our growing Talent team and lead full-cycle recruitment across a variety of business roles.
You will be a trusted thought partner to leaders across brightwheel, diving deep to understand business needs and developing tailored recruitment strategies to fill critical roles. You are an effective communicator who builds trusting relationships and is comfortable advocating for decisions that strengthen our talent pool. You are organized, pay attention to details, and can independently build and execute a consistent, efficient process that brings all stakeholders along. You regularly analyze data to identify opportunity areas and implement solutions. You are passionate about creating an unparalleled candidate experience and building a process that is inclusive, equitable, and enjoyable for every candidate. You are a driven team player, and are comfortable managing a full-cycle process across a mix of roles.
brightwheel is committed to internal pay equity and offers a competitive compensation package. This temporary contract is at an hourly rate of $40.00/hr for all U.S. locations.

With at least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, you’ll be a trusted partner to our business leaders, diving deep into their hiring needs and creating tailored strategies. You’ll own ambitious hiring goals for high-volume sales and customer success roles, engage passive talent through creative outreach, and build a diverse pipeline of candidates. This role is perfect for someone who loves to create an outstanding candidate experience and pays attention to details. Communication is key, and you’ll need to keep stakeholders engaged, conduct thoughtful interviews, and use data to refine your recruitment approach.
