Bumble is expanding its analytics engineering function and we are looking for experienced analytics engineers to help us build out our data infrastructure, ways of working, and modernise our data stack. We are looking for individuals passionate about designing creative solutions to balance bespoke in-house solutions and external tools to best reflect the needs of the data organisation and help drive data governance, quality, availability, and related analytics specific to People or workforce analytics.

As a vital member of our team, you'll take the lead in delivering solutions that not only align bespoke in-house capabilities with external tools but also optimize workforce analytics. Your role will include creating robust data models that are easily discoverable and accessible. You’ll work closely with our data engineering and ETL teams, transforming technical requirements into valuable business insights. By refining our reporting mechanisms, you'll ensure that we maintain consistency across various sources and that our metrics accurately reflect agreed definitions. Navigating both technical and non-technical waters, your expertise will be crucial in driving initiatives that enhance the organization’s data governance, quality, and availability. You’ll act as a data steward, maintaining the scalability and governance of the data models you manage. Additionally, from engaging with diverse stakeholders to providing valuable training, your contributions will be essential in shaping the analytical solutions that support our goal of attracting and retaining top talent. If you’re knowledgeable in SQL, Python, and tools like dbt, Airflow, and various visualization platforms, you'll thrive in this role.
