We are seeking on behalf of our client, a driven and proactive Business Development Representative (BDR) to be the frontline voice of their company, focused on identifying opportunities and driving new business in the Cybersecurity and DevOps sectors. Sales:

    • Cybersecurity/networking/cloud focus.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, progressing them through the sales funnel.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and present tailored solutions that highlight C-Serv’s recruiting expertise.
  • Achieve and exceed sales KPIs, including lead generation, meetings booked, and closed contracts.

Marketing:

  • Create and execute marketing campaigns 
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, optimizing strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Update marketing collateral, including case studies, email templates, and social media content, to support sales efforts.
