The Role 

As a Channel AE, you will drive sales for net new customers by working closely with Salesforce AE and SE teams. You will educate Salesforce teams on how Youreka strengthens their offering to customers. You will help prospects understand how they can use Youreka to transform their field operations. You will be directly responsible for creating pipeline and closing deals. You’ll function as a resourceful sales professional who overcomes challenges, makes connections with prospects and partners across several industries, and work sales cycles from beginning to close. Key functions include:

  • Take ownership of go-to market strategy to scale your influence across Salesforce teams 
  • Manage a full-lifecycle sales process while effectively leveraging internal resources 
  • Eloquently communicate how Youreka and Salesforce can solve business challenges
  • Engage decision-makers and navigate complex organizational structure 
  • Leverage Salesforce to pursue new business including forecasting, collaborating with team members, tracking activity, and reporting on deal progression
  • Independently manage time and responsibilities to ensure consistent quota fulfillment, newly created opportunities, administrative task completion, and overall account management 

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 7+ years of experience selling B2B SaaS 
  • 5+ years of experience owning the full sales lifecycle
  • History of achieving or exceeding sales quota
  • Strong organizational and time management skills 
  • Proven ability to build a sales pipeline
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (preferable) or another CRM tool 

Salary

The base salary range for this role is between $100,000 - $110,000 annually.  Actual pay within the range is influenced by multiple factors, including but not limited to skill set, your residence location, and prior work experience. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for commission, equity, and benefits, and are not included in the provided pay range.

Location

Dispatch/Youreka fully accommodates remote work, as long as you have a permanent residence in the US.  Want to spend a month in Italy? Great, do it! Live in Idaho? Sweet, we have another team member there! As long as you are crushing your goals and helping us drive the business forward, you do you. We also have an office in Boston that is open and available for you to use.
