Role
The Assistant will report to multiple F&A Executives. Support the executive with daily administrative requirements including calendar and communication management, travel, expenses, team events, materials for meetings as well as ad hoc projects. The assistant will also create reports, spreadsheets and presentations in Microsoft Office and assist with organizational elements of project management.
Responsibilities
Manage calendar and communications
Edit e-mails, draft memos, and prepare communications on the executive behalf
Organize travel and expenses
Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and other relevant details
Organize external meetings and manage communications with tax agencies, consultants, auditors and other stakeholders with high level of professionalism
Assist with team events as needed
Create meeting materials to support
Assist with creating reports, spreadsheets and presentations
Assist with administrative elements of project management for F&A and Agency Ops projects
Assist with running meetings and calls including meeting minutes
Basic Qualifications
2+ years administrative experience
Solid organization and time management skills
High level of integrity and ability to manage sensitive information
Microsoft Office skills – Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Self-starter
Strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Interpersonal skills
Preferred:
College degree preferred
Experience assisting multiple executives
Location: This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days a week onsite in our New York, NY office.
Compensation
The base hourly rate for this position is in the range of $22.00 - $31.00. This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus. Ultimately, wages may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
