  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, analytics, and product marketing, to bring cohesive and data-driven campaigns to life.
  • Regularly communicate with stakeholders across the organisation, providing insights and updates on the performance marketing program’s impact.

Data-Driven Optimization and Reporting

  • Define clear goals and KPIs that align with broader marketing objectives for campaigns, channels and the paid program overall.
  • Partner with data analysts to build and maintain dashboards for tracking KPIs, experiment results and overall performance trends.
  • Leverage performance data to identify opportunities for improvement within and across channels to maximize marketing ROI.
  • Share actionable insights and recommendations with cross-functional teams to inform broader marketing strategies.

You're probably a match if

  • You have at least 6 years of B2B experience in performance marketing, with success owning strategies across paid social, SEM, YouTube and display channels.
  • You have a strong ability to craft big-picture strategies, optimize campaigns, and leverage data to drive measurable growth.
  • You possess deep understanding of B2B buying behaviours and proven success managing multi-million dollar budgets.
  • You are skilled at working cross-functionally with internal teams and managing external agency partnerships.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments, embraces experimentation, and continuously seeks learning opportunities.
  • You possess a strong ability to connect with B2B audiences and present insights and strategies effectively to senior stakeholders.
