Advisor, Financial Planning and Analysis - Nationwide

What Financial Planning & Analysis contributes to Cardinal HealthFinance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets.Financial Planning & Analysis provides strategic partnership and objective guidance to business units. It leads cross functional efforts to enable forward looking, actionable insights with a focus on driving strategic value that influences key business decisions.Responsibilities• Support Global Supply Chain and Operations team in achieving financial goals, managing key initiatives, and partnering across regional finance team• Work with operations and finance teams to drive optimal business decisions as well as work on strategic initiatives including transformation, capital requests and supply chain projects.• Provide financial oversight to Distribution Operations business partners• Review and approve month end journal entries• Month-end close variance analysis with consideration of volume, rate and mix.• Build and analyze a quarterly forecast & annual budget• Create standardize reporting to drive business performance• Monthly and quarterly Sox control oversight and testingQualifications• Bachelors degree in accounting or finance preferred, CPA or MBA preferred• Minimum 3 years’ experience in related field preferred• Strong communication and analytical skills• SAP knowledge preferredAnticipated salary range: $79,700 - $113,800Bonus eligible: NoBenefits: Cardinal Health offers a wide variety of benefits and programs to support health and well-being.• Medical, dental and vision coverage• Paid time off plan• Health savings account (HSA)• 401k savings plan• Access to wages before pay day with myFlexPay• Flexible spending accounts (FSAs)• Short- and long-term disability coverage• Work-Life resources• Paid parental leave• Healthy lifestyle programsApplication window anticipated to close: 01/08/2025 *if interested in opportunity, please submit application as soon as possible.The salary range listed is an estimate.
