Position Overview
As a Multiformat Photographer, you have a keen eye for detail, a creative mindset, and the technical skills to capture and produce stunning visual content in multiple formats. This role will involve working on a variety of projects, from traditional photography to immersive 360° experiences, ensuring all content meets our high standards of quality, storytelling, and creativity.
What You'll Be Working On
Duties include but not limited to:
● Capture high-quality images and videos across various formats, including traditional, panoramic, and 360°.
● Plan, set up, and execute photo and video shoots, ensuring best lighting, composition, and subject positioning that
● Utilize a range of photographic and videography equipment to achieve desired effects.
● Shoot and edit 360° videos and photos for immersive experiences.
● Stitch and process 360° content using specialized software.
● Ensure seamless integration and high-quality output of 360° media.
● Edit and retouch photos to enhance quality and meet project specifications.
● Manage and organize related media files for efficient retrieval and use.
● Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm and develop concepts for photo and video projects.
● Provide input on storyboarding, scene planning, and creative direction.
● Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive visual content that aligns with overall brand strategy.
● Stay updated on the latest photography trends, techniques, and equipment.
● Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cameras, lighting, and software.
● Maintain and care for all photography equipment.
● Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
● Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project goals are met.
● Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to the Production Manager..
Physical and Travel Requirements
● This role requires up to 50% travel requirements. Length of travel will depend upon study requirements, staff needs, and company initiatives.
What You Bring
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
● At least ten years of experience in photography at storytelling level.
● Proficiency in photography software, such as Adobe Creative Suite and 360° editing tools.
● Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and visual storytelling.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent collaboration skills.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Strong knowledge of lenses and lighting equipment related to photography.
● Proven ability to capture “emotions” in “moments” without interfering with the natural flow of the setting.
● Willingness to stay current with industry trends and continuously improve skills.
Certifications/Licenses, Education, and Experience:
● Bachelor's degree.
● Experience with photo/art exhibits strongly preferred.
● Some experience in healthcare environments is preferred.
● Credible awards, international level preferred.
