What You'll Do
Create and maintain an outstanding office environment that enables our team to do their best work
Own people operations from onboarding, benefits administration, and offboarding processes
Design and execute memorable team experiences through company socials, offsites, and community events
Ensure smooth daily operations through meal coordination, supply management, and office logistics
Process vendor payments and maintain accurate expense tracking
Welcome visitors and manage front desk responsibilities as the face of our company
Keep our office well-stocked with company merchandise and manage distribution
Provide high-touch calendar management and scheduling support for meetings and interviews
Build scalable processes for office equipment, system access, and space management
What You'll Bring
2+ years of experience in office management or executive assistance at high-growth startups
Outstanding organizational abilities and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management capabilities to handle multiple concurrent priorities
Track record of delivering exceptional results in fast-paced environments
Ability to work independently and take initiative on critical operations
Experience with scheduling and calendar management
