In this fulfilling position, you will be an integral part of the Aspiring Educators & Future School Careers Program. This program empowers high school students by providing them hands-on experiences that guide their career choices in education and other essential roles within the school district. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting career coordinators with onboarding student participants and guiding them through the application process for the Student Support Substitute Program. You’ll also host seminars and provide on-site observations and feedback to ensure the success of these aspiring educators. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma along with specialized training and at least three years of experience in public education. With a pay rate of $19 per hour, CCRES offers medical benefits for those working 30+ hours a week, as well as other great perks.
