We’re on a mission to eliminate all business bullshit

Building a company is still way too hard. Founders still have to register in multiple states to run payroll, set up workers' compensation, pay various payroll-related taxes, deal with intimidating government mail, update addresses across state filings, and troubleshoot with insurance companies.

As Central’s first growth hire, you’ll own demand generation and play a critical role in scaling Central. You’ll create strategies, drive content, and experiment across channels to accelerate our growth.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and execute organic and paid content strategies.

  • Create engaging content and actively manage distribution platforms.

  • Collect and leverage customer feedback and testimonials.

  • Continuously measure and optimize content performance.

  • Manage ad budgets, optimizing spend for maximum ROI.

  • Experiment proactively with new ad formats, channels, and audience targeting.

  • Experience as a founder (past or present).

  • Proven track record managing content and ads

  • Exceptional writing skills.

  • Proven ability to quickly execute growth experiments and iterate based on results.
