UI/UX Designer

This position is an onsite opportunity five days a week.Position Overview:We are looking for a highly skilled UI/UX Designer with 2-4 years of experience to lead investigation and experience design initiatives. The successful candidate will possess a unique blend of creativity and analytical thinking, complemented by a strong ability to design, and test user-centric digital solutions. This role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:• Conduct thorough design investigations, focusing 80% on experience design and 20% on testing and data tracking, to ensure robust, user-centered outcomes.• Lead the creation and delivery of high-quality UI/UX assets and prototypes across various applications, emphasizing precision and usability.• Leverage behavioral analytics tools, such as FullStory or similar suites, to capture real-time user data and derive insights to optimize the user journey and enhance enterprise-level experiences.• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, articulating design decisions and their impact on customer engagement and satisfaction.• Maintain and iterate on Figma design systems to ensure cohesive visual elements and adherence to brand guidelines.• Engage in usability testing and user research activities, refining designs based on data insights and user feedback.• Utilize CMS tools to ensure consistent publishing, with a strong focus on alignment between design and content.• Effectively communicate progress and updates to cross-functional teams, incorporating feedback to optimize designs.Qualifications:• 2-4 years of experience in UI/UX design, with demonstrated expertise in creating and executing digital campaigns or product designs, ideally within fintech or eCommerce.• Bachelor’s degree in design, a related field, or equivalent professional experience in design.• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Suite, and familiarity with behavioral analytics tools such as FullStory to support data-driven design decisions.• Proven track record of delivering effective digital experiences and showcasing strong design portfolios, supported by case studies illustrating design impact.• Strong understanding of adaptive and responsive design principles across web, mobile, and tablet platforms.• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale and its implications for customer experience.• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end processes is advantageous.• Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Preferred Qualifications:• Experience with content management systems for consistent content publishing.• Ability to flex across creative teams, including art direction, UX, and content strategy.• Skilled in using templates and tools to improve efficiency in cross-functional design collaborations.
