Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Work Location: - Gurugram
Work Arrangement: - Hybrid, however, candidate should be flexible to work as per client need
Specific Requirement: - Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in End-to-End pre-boarding activities

Manage candidate orders, including entry, tracking, and compliance review against job requisitions and applications.
Conduct background and drug report reviews to ensure partner compliance.
Facilitate candidate onboarding, including welcome calls, emails, and task monitoring.
Provide excellent service to candidates, client teams, and clients by promptly responding to inquiries.
Monitor vendor systems daily, escalating issues as necessary and assisting with required checks.
Assist in developing and maintaining client audit procedures for candidate orders.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 2 years of experience in pre-boarding activities

Skills and Abilities:

Work experience in pre-boarding activities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook and Excel
Strong customer service and administrative skills
Typing speed of 40 WPM or higher
