Role Overview:

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for professors and institutions, introducing them to how Classavo can enhance their teaching and classroom experience. Your focus will be on finding potential customers, nurturing leads, and helping build the foundation for our sales team’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify Prospects: Research and pinpoint professors and institutions that would benefit from Classavo’s tools.

  • Lead Outreach: Connect with leads through email, phone calls, and outreach tools, introducing them to Classavo’s value.

  • Build Relationships: Engage with professors and institutions, understand their needs, and guide them through the initial stages of our process.

  • Nurture Leads: Follow up consistently and thoughtfully, keeping leads interested and engaged.

  • Set Up Success: Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team, ensuring they’re primed with quality leads.

  • Track and Report: Use tools like HubSpot, Airtable, and Apollo to manage outreach, track progress, and provide insights to the team.

  • 2+ Years of sales experience or customer service experience.
