DealerFLEX is hiring a Dealership Valet Manager to lead and oversee valet operations at our Bala Cynwyd, PA location. This full-time, on-site leadership position is perfect for someone with strong management experience, excellent customer service skills, and a background in driving or automotive services. As the Valet Manager, you'll be responsible for team supervision, scheduling, and ensuring the highest levels of service are delivered daily.

Starting rate of $18 to $20 yearly depending on experience!

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the dealership’s valet staff and activities
  • Monitor employee timeclocks and manage weekly scheduling
  • Ensure prompt, safe, and courteous service to all dealership customers
  • Conduct interviews and support hiring initiatives as needed
  • Fill in for shifts or support peak hours as required
  • Minimum of 5 years of driving experience with a valid driver’s license
  • Previous experience in a management or supervisory role
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Availability to work Monday–Friday, 7 AM–4 PM, with flexibility to cover additional shifts
