Senior Operations Manager

Clipboard Health is seeking a strategic leader for the role of Senior Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will oversee workforce management, data engineering, and vendor operations, driving operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration.

Skills

Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in WFM tools and data engineering technologies

Responsibilities

Develop and implement WFM strategies to optimize staffing levels
Lead the data engineering team to design scalable data pipelines
Manage relationships with key vendors and drive vendor performance improvement

Education

Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Physics, Engineering, Philosophy, or Computer Science
