Our client is a premier utility company specializing in rapid response and storm chasing to utility companies and contractors in need of a quick reaction force to repair power outages when they need it most. Our Client is seeking a full-time Fleet Administrator. The primary responsibilities of the position consist of the below.



Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Fleet Manager with tasks related to the vehicle assets and processes.
  •  Assist with general administrative duties, data entry, filing, reception and phones as required.
  •  Answering internal and customer calls
  •  Reconcile fleet documents and records
  •  Follow up with other inter-company departments on open issues
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  •  Maintain consistent, regular, and reliable attendance including being ready for work at the designated start time


Qualifications:
  •  Must have strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Previous ERP experience is a plus.
  •  Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  •  Having knowledge in DOT regulations is helpful but not required
  •  Excellent time management skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of coworkers, as well as customers
  •  Language Skills - Intermediate: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
  •  Mathematical Skills- Intermediate Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Excel and mathematical data and analysis involved.
  •  Reasoning Ability – Intermediate: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables. Will be dealing with compliance issues.
