Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.
  • Source, screen and interview candidates to build a strong talent pool.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Utilize various recruiting platforms and social media to attract potential candidates.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress.
  • Contribute to improving recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Familiarity with the payment or fintech industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent sourcing skills and experience using various recruitment tools.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.
  • Highly organized with strong time management abilities.
  • Proficient in using ATS and MS Office Suite.
