**This position would be an on-site position based out of one of our South Florida offices (Brickell, Downtown Fort Lauderdale or Boca Raton)**
About you
As the Team Operations Manager of a high performing Retail team, you have strong marketing and administrative experience particularly in graphic design and are familiar with the day-to-day operational requirement in running the business. You have strong background in overseeing all components of the team operations including process management, CRM databases, supporting business development, client reporting, continuous improvement, and technology. A creative, organized, and highly motivated individual who brings a strong design aesthetic and enjoys working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
A key member of the team, you will be responsible for championing the implementation of new strategies and process improvements to support growth and enable the team to scale in service delivery while fostering a high-performance culture.
In this role you will...
Design and develop print and interactive collateral such as property brochures, offering memorandums, email blasts, aerials, new business development presentations, brokers opinion of values (BOV) and other graphics in a highly efficient manner.
Create custom branding and marketing collateral with graphic design for client materials.
Create compelling social media content and marketing campaigns.
Execute timely, consistent, and high-quality design work under tight deadlines.
Prepare a variety of collateral for internal and external stakeholders (e.g., activity reports for clients, management reports, status updates, and contract updates).
Evaluate and recommend improvements to tools, and technology to support operational efficiency and improve client experience
Coordinate contract administration, and management for client accounts and transactions
Manage contract development process, including liaising with internal and external resources, editing, and updating relevant documents
Coordination of document management, marketing materials, client updates, key date tracking, timelines, and signature coordination
Manage all inputs and processes related to CRM, pipeline management, and prospecting databases to support lead generation and development
Development of marketing materials and collateral by partnering with brokers and internal departments to support business development initiatives
Coordinate team goal setting, business planning, and development plan deadlines to support long term growth
What you bring:
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) and 3+ years of related experience in the commercial real estate industry
Graphic design experience, proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
Strong capability to work efficiently and independently to maintain high quality work in a high-volume environment.
Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills. Must have the ability to balance multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to lead and direct a variety of vendors, provide critical thinking to problem solving
Ability to develop systems/processes and/or teams that are flexible, adaptable and results oriented reaching the goal of maximum efficiency
