About usSmall Management Company Serving University Students proposes a FT position as Leasing Agent/ Property Manager.You will have a supportive and hard working team behind you, training, and opportunity for growth.Responsibilities Include:• All aspects of Leasing including marketing, advertising, social media, setting up and conducting showings, follow up and organization of leads• Oversee the daily operations and management of residential properties• Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests with maintenance team and manager in a timely and professional manner• Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including inspections• Enforce lease terms and address any violations or disputes that may ariseRequirements:• Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role in real estate management• Knowledge of property management principles, practices, and laws• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective tenant relations• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously• Ability to handle conflicts and resolve issues in a professional manner• * Salary is based on experience. **Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
