Job Description:

As a USRN at Core-VA Solutions, you will play a vital role in supporting our healthcare clients by providing remote administrative and operational assistance. You will manage a variety of tasks to help healthcare professionals and organizations maximize productivity and focus on patient care. Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

    • Analyze patient records to track history, medication adherence, and treatment outcomes.
    • Develop and update individualized care plans. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
    • Review and manage medication lists, ensuring accuracy and adherence. Coordinate with pharmacies for prescription refills and resolve medication-related issues.
    • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and care plans in electronic health records.
    • Report significant changes in patient condition to healthcare team members and family.
    • Ensure adherence to regulations and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
    • Utilize telehealth platforms for virtual visits. Manage communication via phone, email, and secure messaging.
    • Assisting with HIPAA compliance and maintaining patient confidentiality.
    • Managing patient appointments, schedules, and medical records.
    • Organizing and maintaining healthcare documentation and databases.
    • Assisting with research, data entry, and report generation related to healthcare initiatives.

Education

  • Active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) License.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent (preferred).
