About the Role


As a Senior Product Manager you will lead the strategic development and execution of our customer team tooling and automation solutions, significantly enhancing operational efficiency and user experience for our teams. This is your opportunity to build scalable, user-friendly tools that streamline workflows and empower our operations, which in turn improves customer experience. Your expertise in gathering requirements, designing solutions, and driving adoption, coupled with close collaboration with engineering, design, and data teams, will ensure rapid and impactful releases. You will need to explore the latest AI technologies to further enhance the team’s efficiency. 


This role will be based in our Sydney office and will be a hybrid working role. What does hybrid mean here at CG? Monday, Tuesday and Friday collaboration in office, while you can enjoy plenty of flexibility with the added benefit of one wellness day a month available.



What will your day look like? You will...
  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with overall company goals.
  • Conduct in-depth exploration to assess and identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
  • Gather, analyze, and synthesize user feedback and data to continuously improve the product and user experience.
  • Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the engineering and design teams.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and operations other cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development, launch, and iteration.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, making trade-offs based on business value, technical feasibility, and time constraints.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key product metrics to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and inform future product development.


To help us level up, you'll ideally have:
  • 5-7 years of Product Management experience, with a focus on technical product management.
  • Proven experience in building and scaling tools for internal users and customers within a fast-paced technology environment.
  • Experience in working with complex enterprise systems and data integration, particularly B2B SaaS solutions.
  • Experience with platforms related to CRM, operations, or customer support is highly advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of operational workflows and the ability to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS startups or similar global tech companies
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical field.
