UX DesignerPosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled UX Designer IV to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences for our enterprise software applications. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to effectively translate user needs into innovative design solutions.Key Responsibilities• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs using tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products and platforms.• Utilize Miro and M365 for collaborative design sessions and documentation.• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design and apply that knowledge to improve our products.Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and finished products.• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Miro.• Experience in enterprise software design and understanding of software development processes.• Strong visual design skills and an eye for aesthetics and details.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
