Our vision is to shape a new world using knowledge and creativity to educate, enlighten, delight, unite, preserve, sustain, and forever improve.Qualifications* you will bring to the table:• A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communications, English, Journalism or Marketing• 8+ years of job-related experience• Advanced ability to utilize CRM, Vantage Point, including a proficiency in using a variety of communication and business software including, but not limited to, Microsoft Teams, Hub Spot, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, Outlook, and Microsoft Office• Proficient with leveraging a CRM database for marketing purposes• Ability to utilize digital asset management software (OpenAsset)• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, planning, and verbal and written communication skills• Advanced ability to support research and development efforts, particularly as it relates to turning data into storytelling opportunities• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with internal and external contacts at all levels• Ability to work independently, shift focus, meet deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain patience in high-pressure situations• Proven ability to develop and sustain client relationships• Ability to continuously learn and grow in role• Prior AEC industry experience• Did you know that some people hold back on applying to jobs if they don’t meet 100% of the listed requirements? If you don’t check every point above but still feel like you could successfully do the work, we encourage you to apply!As a Team Member at Cushing Terrell, you will*…• Track, maintain and assemble up-to-date marketing info and collateral (print and digital); project summaries and costs/statistics, boilerplates/templates, photography, reference letters, qualifications, resume, etc.• Be responsible for the initiation, coordination, and production of the proposal response process; go/no go decisions, team member selection assistance, writing/editing/reviewing, distribution of materials, etc.• Coordinate trade shows and professional events; scheduling, travel arrangement, booth design, collateral, occasional attendance, etc.• Assist the Communications team with research and assembly of press releases, trade press articles, award entries, blog posts, project info, photography, etc.• Be responsible for various administrative tasks: recording meeting minutes, market research, data entry, archiving, prep/support for project interviews, and general support of marketing outreach• Coordinate with vertical market leaders to conduct market research and drive competitive business development strategy• Deploy writing skills including creative, persuasive, and technical styles in all forums• Anticipate marketing needs based on research and market trends and arm team members with compelling assets in support of strategic initiatives• Work to provide creative control and enforce established standards while offering improvements based on internal client’s raw ideas• Set measurable team objectives and analyze data and key performance indicators to provide insights, make recommendations or optimizations based on performance• The majority of the time, a person in this role will be sitting in an office with limited physical requirements. This may require individuals to bend, stretch, twist, and reach.Your payThe salary for this position is based on the location/s posted.
