This is a great opportunity for an aspiring Assistant Project Manager to learn from the best and grow their career!Position OverviewWe are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to assist in the management of construction projects, particularly in the healthcare field.Key Responsibilities• Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, timelines, and budgets.• Coordinate project activities and communications between stakeholders, contractors, and vendors.• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.• Assist in the review of RFPs, bids, and contracts.• Participate in site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and safety compliance.• Provide support in the management and coordination of project change orders, submittals, and RFIs.• Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables.Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.• 3+ years of experience in project management or construction management, with a focus on healthcare construction.• Knowledge of RFP and bid processes, as well as experience in contract administration.• Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management software.• Familiarity with OSHPD regulations and requirements.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.BenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusRelocationEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
