At DaVita, we’re looking for a strategic, results-driven Executive Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of our leadership. As an Executive Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead the charge in attracting top-tier executive talent—from Directors to C-Level leaders—who will support DaVita’s ambitious growth and drive our strategic objectives.

In this high-impact role, you’ll oversee the full cycle of executive search—from research, candidate generation, and pipelining to internal stakeholder management, interviewing, and negotiating complex offers. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to understand their hiring needs, develop forward-thinking recruitment strategies, and help shape the executive team that will lead DaVita into the future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead VP-level and above discussions with senior leaders to shape talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Expert Talent Consultation: Use your deep understanding of labor market trends and historical insights to challenge assumptions and drive informed decisions.
  • Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop tailored hiring strategies and guide them through the talent acquisition process, ensuring high-quality and timely placements.
  • Candidate Advocacy: Influence hiring managers to consider diverse, high-potential candidates who may not be immediately obvious, ensuring the right talent is brought on board.
  • Networking & Sourcing: Leverage your professional network and innovative sourcing techniques to actively and passively engage with top-tier executive talent in the F1000+ space.
  • Consultative Approach: Regularly advise senior leaders and executives on best practices, the hiring process, and talent market trends.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Compensation, PS, and Operational Leadership to identify staffing trends and develop overarching strategies for recruitment and workforce planning.
  • Offer Negotiation: Utilize advanced negotiation skills to manage complex offer processes, ensuring both the organization’s needs and candidate expectations are met.
  • Talent Assessment & Coaching: Continuously assess talent and provide guidance to both hiring managers and your peers, acting as a subject matter expert and mentor within the team.
  • Technology & Tools Mastery: Maximize the use of available tools—such as applicant tracking systems, DaVita’s proprietary tools, and employer branding resources—to streamline the hiring process and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open communication with TA leadership to report on challenges, successes, and any opportunities for improvement throughout the recruitment cycle.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in full-cycle executive recruitment, particularly with C-suite and VP-level placements.
  • Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with high-level executives and passive candidates.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and consulting skills, with the ability to influence and guide senior leaders.
  • Deep expertise in talent assessment and the use of innovative sourcing strategies.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and departments.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented approach to talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of executive talent trends market dynamics, and industry best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple executive searches concurrently
