Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced environment

  • You have previous experience in at least one of the following: fast growth startup, BizOps role in tech, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity

  • You have a solid track record of achievement - e.g. had success in a top tier company, delivered quantifiable business impact, quickly assumed responsibilities or won competitive awards

  • You excel in strategy development and process optimization, designing and implementing scalable workflows that drive efficiency and business growth

  • You have a strong analytical foundation with ability to manipulate and synthesize data

  • You have working knowledge of SQL and BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms

  • You are curious by nature and interested in making an impact

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication in English
