Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive legal support to various internal departments

  • Collaborate with in-house and external legal teams as needed

  • Draft and negotiate commercial agreements

  • Implement proactive strategies to mitigate legal risks and prevent disputes

  • Offer legal advice to the Company

  • Partner with business teams to deliver practical, business-oriented legal solutions

  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of legal templates, guidelines, playbooks, and processes

  • Participate in various cross-functional projects

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor of law or qualification to practice law in Austria

  • 2-3 years of legal experience (in-house experience is a plus, but not required)

  • Strong understanding of and experience in employment law

  • Proactive, autonomous, and adaptable, with a strong desire for continuous learning and professional growth

  • Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and effectively within a team

  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is highly desirable
