Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive legal support to various internal departments
Collaborate with in-house and external legal teams as needed
Draft and negotiate commercial agreements
Implement proactive strategies to mitigate legal risks and prevent disputes
Offer legal advice to the Company
Partner with business teams to deliver practical, business-oriented legal solutions
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of legal templates, guidelines, playbooks, and processes
Participate in various cross-functional projects
Key Requirements:
Bachelor of law or qualification to practice law in Austria
2-3 years of legal experience (in-house experience is a plus, but not required)
Strong understanding of and experience in employment law
Proactive, autonomous, and adaptable, with a strong desire for continuous learning and professional growth
Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and effectively within a team
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is highly desirable
