Summary
The Senior Manager of Benefits Implementation will oversee the successful onboarding and implementation of Deel's products and services for our global clients. You will manage a team of Implementation Managers and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth, timely, and efficient implementation processes. This role requires strong leadership, project management, and technical expertise to ensure that client expectations are met while delivering on Deel's operational goals.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the implementation team, ensuring successful client onboarding and product deployment.
Develop and refine implementation processes, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery of client projects.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
Oversee and track the progress of multiple client implementations, managing resources and priorities to meet deadlines.
Act as the primary point of escalation for complex implementation challenges and customer issues.
Manage client relationships during the implementation phase, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution.
Monitor and report on key project metrics, providing regular updates to senior leadership on progress and challenges.
Ensure that implementation strategies align with Deel’s business objectives and customer success goals.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive continuous enhancements to the implementation experience.
Provide mentorship and guidance to Implementation Managers, helping them develop their skills and career paths.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in benefits implementation, project management, or client-facing roles in a global organization.
2+ years of experience managing or leading a team.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and resolve conflicts.
Strong leadership abilities, with experience building, mentoring, and motivating high-performing teams.
Familiarity with SaaS products or enterprise software implementations is a plus.
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (PMP or other project management certifications are a plus).
