  • Cross-Sell Campaigns: Design cross-sell and up-sell campaigns aimed at expanding Deel’s footprint within existing enterprise accounts by promoting relevant products and use cases across decision-making units.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Management, Sales, and Growth teams to ensure that GTM strategies align with the enterprise roadmap and market needs.

  • Campaign Performance & Insights: Track and analyze the performance of ABM campaigns and product marketing initiatives, using KPIs such as engagement, pipeline growth, and conversion rates to optimize outcomes.

  • Buyer Journey Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve the digital experience for enterprise prospects, using personalized CTAs, messaging, and visuals across the entire buyer’s journey.

  • Industry Leadership: Stay informed of industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to inform Deel’s competitive positioning and thought leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: 5+ years of product marketing experience for enterprise accounts, with demonstrated success in designing and executing multi-channel ABM programs

  • Strategic Storyteller: Ability to craft compelling, customer-centric narratives and value propositions that resonate with enterprise decision-makers.

  • Analytical & Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills, with experience in tracking and optimizing marketing performance through data-driven insights.

  • Sales Partnership: Exceptional collaboration skills with a track record of partnering with Sales to build GTM strategies that enable pipeline growth and win rates.

  • Adaptability & Agility: Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and can manage multiple initiatives with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
