Responsibilities 

  • Contribute to the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of our core global GTM enablement programs. 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts across the business and content development colleagues to define, develop and deliver enablement programs that produce maximum impact.

  • Set clear responsibilities and expectations for program stakeholders and provide continuous feedback.

  • Develop a blended training program of remote content delivery as well as e-learning content.

  • Define and track program milestones and KPIs with timely reporting.

  • Deliver observable and measurable learning and evaluation outcomes in line with agreed business needs.

  • Report to stakeholders on progress against KPIs per project. 

  • Engage with and understand audiences to ensure that programs meet their ongoing needs.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in sales enablement, program management, sales/revenue operations or similar roles, plus 2+ years in revenue-generating positions (SDR, BDR, Sales, Solution Consultants, Solution Engineers).

  • Training or degree in learning and development or related fields.

  • Strong passion for learning, coaching, and motivating others.

  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and prioritization skills under pressure.

  • Clear communicator, fluent in English, with experience providing feedback to teams and stakeholders.

  • Collaborative, results-oriented, and able to drive outcomes independently.

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, able to build trust and motivate others.

  • Quick learner with a growth mindset and experience in the fast-paced tech sector (startup or scale-up).
