Responsibilities
Contribute to the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of our core global GTM enablement programs.
Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts across the business and content development colleagues to define, develop and deliver enablement programs that produce maximum impact.
Set clear responsibilities and expectations for program stakeholders and provide continuous feedback.
Develop a blended training program of remote content delivery as well as e-learning content.
Define and track program milestones and KPIs with timely reporting.
Deliver observable and measurable learning and evaluation outcomes in line with agreed business needs.
Report to stakeholders on progress against KPIs per project.
Engage with and understand audiences to ensure that programs meet their ongoing needs.
Qualifications
3+ years in sales enablement, program management, sales/revenue operations or similar roles, plus 2+ years in revenue-generating positions (SDR, BDR, Sales, Solution Consultants, Solution Engineers).
Training or degree in learning and development or related fields.
Strong passion for learning, coaching, and motivating others.
Exceptional organizational, project management, and prioritization skills under pressure.
Clear communicator, fluent in English, with experience providing feedback to teams and stakeholders.
Collaborative, results-oriented, and able to drive outcomes independently.
Outstanding interpersonal skills, able to build trust and motivate others.
Quick learner with a growth mindset and experience in the fast-paced tech sector (startup or scale-up).
