Are you a motivated student eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic corporate environment? Join our Travel & Expense (T&E) team as a Working Student and play a key role in supporting our expense management and travel processes while developing essential finance and operations skills.
Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Reconcile credit card statements and ensure timely submission of expenses.
Provide guidance on using the company’s travel booking and expense reporting tools.
Assist in managing travel bookings, documentation, and system updates.
Help update and distribute travel and expense policy documents.
Support ad-hoc projects such as travel system updates, and process testing
A proactive and detail-oriented student with strong multitasking skills.
Currently enrolled in a degree program in business, finance, or a related field.
Familiarity with Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
