Stronger together, we promote an environment where individuals can thrive.Organizational Development ManagerSummaryThe Organizational Development (OD) Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance, and improve organizational effectiveness, supporting the company’s strategic goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of learning and organizational development principles and the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.Key Responsibilities• Develop and implement learning and development strategies and programs that align with the company’s mission, vision, and values.• Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.• Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and initiatives that enhance leadership, employee and team competencies and performance, and organizational culture.• Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and business leaders to design customized solutions for the development of their teams.• Utilize various training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs.• Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers to enhance their effectiveness and development.• Partner with HRBPs and other departments to integrate OD initiatives with overall business strategy.• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs, using data and feedback to make continuous improvements.• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, promoting best practices and innovative solutions.• Manage the L&D budget and ensure cost-effective training solutions.Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Learning and Development, Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.• A minimum of 7 years of experience in learning and organizational development.• Strong understanding of learning and development theories, practices, and methodologies.• Experience with instructional design, e-learning development, and learning management systems (LMS).• Experience with change management, leadership development, and employee engagement programs.• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure outcomes.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and L&D tools and software.World Kinect is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
